The “House of Logistics & Mobility – HOLM” a future platform of Hesse

HOLM is a contribution of strengthening the state of Hesse in the competition among regions. Logistics and mobility are key location factors of Hesse.

As a know-how and investment magnet the House of Logistics and Mobility is supposed to become one of the world's leading locations for research visits, conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions. The aim is to establish a network of international partners as well as concentrating eminent scientists and institutions which share common research, publish, develop, advice and teach international affairs. It will be developed towards a center of education and training for specialists and executives, as well as towards an incubator of innovative concepts, business ideas and magnet for businesses and creative young talents.

The Active Network provides access to global knowledge, resources and infrastructure. Development and cooperation, acquisition of staff and capital as well as start-up activities are facilitated with the help of the brand name HOLM. All network partners immediately profit from synergies and the rapid transfer of research results into practice.

HOLM will be implemented with the perspective to be a visible international competent innovation cluster until 2012.
