“Innovation Voucher”

Special example of innovation from the Free State of Bavaria

Click here to enlarge. The issuance of Innovation Vouchers shall support innovation measures in small and craft enterprises which are not able to engage their own employees in the planning, development and implementation of new products or in the improvement of existing products, methods of production or services.

The propose of these vouchers is to assist the planning, development and implementation of new products, processes or services or to support a substantial improvement of existing products, production processes and services.

Innovation vouchers are available for all industrial sectors which fit the conditions of the programme.

A special advantage of this innovation voucher is the comparatively simple application. Innovation vouchers will be provided up to 7,500 €. The promotion covers up to 50% of the expenditures which the company has spent for the research and development activities.

Eligible expenses are external services of institutions in the area of research and development which are accepted from Bayern Innovativ GmbH.

Entitled to the programme are small and craft enterprises of the industrial sector or liberal professions which have their place of business in Bavaria. In addition, also entrepreneurs and founders who are based in Bavaria can obtain the vouchers. At the time of applying for the funds the company has to be legally existing.
