“Provadis Partner für Bildung und Beratung GmbH” one of the most successful best practice examples in field of skills in Hesse

The rapid economic and technological development creates the need for all people independent of their age and qualifications to gain further training continuously. The federal state of Hesse has identified this problem and has developed several means to tackle demographic challenges, problems regarding mitigation of unemployment of young people as well as the steady improvement of professional qualifications.

In the framework of its initiative for skills development Hesse cooperates with “Provadis Partner für Bildung und Beratung GmbH”, an experienced provider of training and continuing education.
Arisen from Hoechst AG in 1997, Provadis is now an Infraserv Höchst subsidiary.

The Provadis company is one of the leading providers of educational services in Hesse and is a founding member of the initiative "Weiterbildung in Hessen e.V", which ensures the quality of professional education.

With 1,500 trainees and 10,000 students in Frankfurt/Main and Marburg, where also two important chemical sites are located, Provadis is a leading provider of educational services in the region, especially in the field of chemical education. Additionally, approximately 400 multinational companies use Provadis’ expertise as partners. They seek out its assistance in training, further education, organizational and staff development as well as e-learning.

Another pillar in Provadis’ strategy is the Provadis School of International Management and Technology AG. This institution gives active professionals the opportunity to obtain internationally accredited Bachelor’s degrees. The majors offered are business administration, business-information management and chemical engineering.
